Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free contactless curbside delivery across the GTA through established delivery partners.

Do you offer furniture assembly services?
Yes, we offer white glove delivery and assembly services for our dining tables with additional charges of $150 within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). When you opt for this option, our delivery partners will bring the products inside your house and assemble them for you.
What is the approximate delivery time of my order?
Once your order is processed and dispatched from one of our warehouse locations, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Simply click on the provided URL to track your order and obtain the most recent updates.
How can I determine if my location falls outside the scope of the free delivery service?

Does Wood Vibes offer customizable furniture?
Certainly, we provide tailored choices for furniture sets. What payment methods do you have? Is it safe to place an order on your site?
Rest assured, our payment options are entirely secure. We accept Credit Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner’s Club, Discovery), as well as other methods such as Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Payment details are encrypted and safeguarded by an SSL certificate furnished by Shopify. Credit cards will be charged the full amount at the time of check-out. At no point does Wood Vibes store or retain payment information, including credit card details. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully cleared.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Our aim is to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to all our customers. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, kindly email us within 7 days of delivery at letstalk@woodvibesstore.ca with your order details to process the return. How can I change my order after it has been placed?
Upon placement of your order, we immediately begin processing it to get the product/s to your home as quickly as possible. If the item has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate any special requests. However, cancelling an order after it has been processed may incur a restocking fee.
What should I do if I am outside the free delivery zone requirement and need to pay the shipping fee?
If your location does not fall within our free delivery zone requirement, our team will reach out to you. They will inform you about the applicable shipping fee and provide a link for payment.

Why does the color of the product I received differ from the image on the website?
We strive to present the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, there are several factors that can contribute to variations in color representation:
1). During the photography process, factors such as angles, lighting, and other variables can influence how colors appear in the images.
2). The color calibration of your computer or device monitor may also impact how the colors are displayed on your screen.
3). Manufacturers may use dyes, paints, or materials that can have slight variations from batch to batch, leading to subtle color differences.
4). Natural wood products exhibit unique grains, textures, patterns, and other natural markings, causing slight color variations from one piece to another.
The variations in every product also means your product is unique and adds its own different charm to your space.
Do the items come assembled when they arrive?
The assembly status of our products varies. Some items come fully assembled, while others, such as dining tables and console tables, require assembly. You can find assembly information on each product page.
Please keep in mind that it is crucial to have a minimum of 2 people, or more depending on the size, to safely attach the legs to our Acacia tables. The tables vary in weight, and having the appropriate assistance is necessary to prevent any injuries.
