Return & Exchange Policy

At Wood Vibes, we acknowledge that products may not always meet your expectations or fit perfectly in your space. If you find yourself less than completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to exchange or return your items within 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup.

For preferential returns and exchanges, please get in touch with us as all returns and exchanges must be authorized by our team. Once you have the authorization and paperwork for your return or exchange you are more than welcome to drop them off at our warehouse or other location mentioned by the seller. If you are unable to bring the item(s) back on your own, a return shipping fee may apply and vary depending on location and order size.

Some returns and exchanges may take extra time so please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive your return. Refunds will be processed once your item(s) arrive back in our warehouse and have passed the inspection stage which can take anywhere from 10-30 business days.

Note - No return will be accepted if the product has been used / assembled or the packaging has been damaged.   

ORDER MODIFICATION

Once your order is placed, our warehouse team processes it as quickly as possible when stock is readily available. If you would like to modify or cancel your order you can do so, so long as the item is not packed or in the shipping stage. If you would like to remove an item that is already on its way, please wait until the item arrives at your home and contact our Customer Service Experts and they will readily assist you. Please note that canceling or editing an order after it has been processed, packed, and shipped can result in a restocking fee and additional shipping charges.

In Case You Receive a Damaged Product:

Though all our products are thoroughly inspected for quality before packing and shipping, you are covered in case there is any damage/ defect in the product. Please email or call us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will get in touch with you at the earliest to resolve the issue and ensure that you are happy with the product and the service. 

In Case You Receive the Wrong Product:

Chances of this happening are very rare. But in case this happens, please call or email us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do the needful to ensure that you get the right product at the earliest. 


In Case You Want To Return an Undamaged Product:

In case you change your mind and would like to return the product which has already been delivered, please get in touch with us within 7 days of the product delivery. We encourage you to double-check product dimensions provided on each product page, to see that they fit your requirements and avoid any inconvenience.

We will charge a restocking fee (10% of the product price) and the return delivery cost . The refund will be issued to you as soon as we receive the product without any damage and in the original packaging. 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Any items that are marked “Final Sale”
  • Any items that are "Open Box"

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR NATURAL WOOD PRODUCT

Once our exquisite products are crafted from harvested wood, they retain their living essence and adapt to their surroundings. Embracing the natural ebb and flow, your wood product will undergo changes, adding to its unique allure. In response to heat and dryness, the wood may develop natural cracks and curves, while increased humidity can darken or lighten its color. These transformations are part of its organic evolution.

As time passes, your wood product will gracefully age, acquiring a distinctive patina influenced by your usage. This is entirely normal and enhances its character. To ensure your new Wood Vibes solid wood piece endures for a lifetime, we recommend applying mineral oil every three months. By doing so, you'll preserve its longevity and continue to enjoy its timeless beauty.
